  • Fissler Host a Chef Event

Several week ago Love to Cook, a local retailer in Logan Utah, hosted a chef event featuring chef Lorna Sass (a James Beard award winning chef) with Fissler products.  Lorna is considered America's leading authority on vegan and pressure cooking.
Lorna hosted three sold out events at Love to Cook and demonstrated the Fissler Blue Point pressure cookers to prepare special foods for the attendees.  Love to Cook reported sold over $4,000 in products during the three events over the weekend.  You can be sure there will be more Fissler chef events in the future.  Look for one in your area. • Personal Chef: Gluten Free and Vegetarian

I have friends who are occasional personal chefs.  That is they do the meal planning, shopping, and preparation for a family or group for a period of time.  Frequently, this is for a group on vacation at Lake Tahoe but also for families in the area who are too bush or too something to want to undertake the daily routine of making dinner.  I have persuaded them to  share some of their thoughts and experiences with us every once in awhile.  These will show up in this blog with the Pre-title of Personal Chef.  I hope you enjoy their musings. • Getting back in the Groove

It has been awhile since my last post anywhere.  The ChefWannabee blog was over in the Wordpress space and it deserved its own place in the blogging world.  This took longer than it should have to move it and get it reconfigured.  But then I am finding many activities are taking longer and are a bit more difficult that I originally considered.
